a mini-savatical
2003-12-09 at 10:02 a.m. ok so im a geek. i really wanted to write though as i've actually been doing things and having fun for once! this weekend was a lot of fun. larry had parties two nights and everyone from UB came to williamsville. (awesome for me!) a lot of fun, good to get drunk two nights in a row, ignore a series of phone calls from a certain someone, and just LAUGH and smile and take pictures with my first disposable camera of college. yesterday was my last day of classes. missy picked me up from school and we had the most random night. first, she tells me she wants to smoke. i almost crashed into another car (i was driving her car of course as mine is at the doctors) when she said that. thinking we'd do it eventually, i smiled and said ok. then we picked up her friend baker and she suggested that we go buy a pipe. MISSY wanted to buy a SMOKING DEVICE. so, we did. her name is baby lucy and she is the cutest little piece. shes clear and red, but when you put her on fabric she gets all blue, and she stands up! (i wish i had those stupid AIM smiley right now...) then she has her friend call someone and she buys $45 of pot, plus the $30 for the piece. i almost cried. i've never spent any amount of money on pot ever. it will be delivered to her today. i really don't want to smoke, but i can't back out really. in our drunken stupor we called mike. mike is mitch's best friend. he called back and we went over there and were reunited with all of our long-last north senior boys. it was so good to see all of them though, and so good that they were just as excited to see us and hang out again. no mention of the ex's, just that they missed us. mitch conveniently called while we were with them. i hadn't picked up any of his phone calls in three days, but, in my drunkness, i answered. he wasn't mad that i was with them, but not entirely happy i guess? more upset that he couldn't be there hanging out. oh well. so, not all that exciting, but i haven't done anything for myself in so long. it just felt so good to be welcomed back into old friends company, and to be with missy all afternoon and night.
