2004-02-10 at 2:21 p.m. im working on a mix for spring break. a happy cd worth listening to on the beach, before going out, and introducing new music to my friends. trying to get a variety of stuff on it. here's what i have thus far... phish - bouncing around the room the beatles - come together less than jake - leavin town britney spears - toxic beyonce - me myself and i tom petty - last dance with maryjane tom petty - roll another joint two skinny j's - is she thinking of me george clinton and parliament funkadelic - we've got the funk manfred mann - blinded by the light whitesnake - here i go again tracy chapman - give me one reason to stay here ram jam - black betty bob dylan - like a rolling stone ACDC - dirty deeds done dirt cheap lara fabian - i will love again jay-z - big pimpin maroon 5 - this love there. random mix of music at it's finest. i want to make a few cd's before i leave, and i'd really like anyone's suggestions/contributions. i went shopping for clothes today. new white flowy skirt, slouchy black tanktop, yellow tube top/halter top. it's rather depressing knowing i wont be wearing any of these for a month and a half, but comforting that i will get to wear them sooner than june. living in buffalo can sometimes be the most depressing thing. i love the snow, and the blanket it lays over anything, but eventually it builds up and all of the pollution turns it black, and parking lots turn to ice, and my car takes forever to heat up, and it gets too cold to be "fun" or "christmasy". and i hate the dry skin, and the red noses, and the overall depression it causes in me. 33 days until daytona seems too far away.
